Society Charges

Society Charges (Payable by 20th of every month of the financial year)

Optionally payment can be made Quarterly, Half Yearly, Annually

A Type houses (73 Houses) : Rs. 1700/- per month

B Type houses (18 Houses) : Rs. 1550/- per month

C Type houses (30 houses) : Rs. 1300/- per month

Late Payment Charge

Rs. 200/- per month after 20th day of every month till payment is received.

Cheque Bounce Charges Rs. 300/- per cheque

Annual Maintenance Charges

Rs. 3000/- per flat to be paid by 20th April every year

Notes:

• The Society charges to be paid on Quarterly/Half Yearly/ Yearly basis by Cheque/Cash by 15th of each quarter to avoid late fee.
• Car cess to be paid by 15 Apr EVERY YEAR: Rs. 600/- For 1st car on road and Rs. 1200/- for second car on road. No provision exist to park 3rd car on road.
• Anuual Maintenance Charges (AMC) to be paid by 15 May 2019.
• Festival/Cultural charges to be paid by 15 May 19. However, it is optional.
• Kudda (Waste) Collection/Staircase cleaning charges will be collected @Rs. 70/ PM directly from the Flat by Mr. Sunil or his representative.

Car Parking Charges (Payable by 20 Apr in Financial Year)

First Car on Road : 600/- per year

Second Car on Road : 1200/- per year

Festival/Cultural Celebration Charges (Optional Non Mandatory)

Due to pandemic conditions prevailing in the country, get together / Cultural functions have been put on hold. The same will be renewed once normalcy is established.

In respect of two halls (GF+FF), kitchen and Toilets : Rs.1000/- + Rs. 200/- cleaning charges

In respect of one hall (FF) and toilets : Rs. 300/- + Rs. 200/- cleaning charges

In respect of one hall (GF),kitchen and toilets : Rs. 500/- + Rs. 200/- cleaning charges

Central Park only, excluding surrounding areas : Rs.5000/- + Rs. 200/- cleaning charges
